About Founder Workflows
Founder Workflows is a free directory of practical AI workflows for solo founders building digital products, online services, content businesses and small SaaS. Each listing says what someone tried, what they reported, and where it fell short, and links to the original source so you can judge it yourself.
What we list
A workflow is listed when it:
- describes a concrete AI workflow, not just an AI tool;
- helps create, validate, market, sell, deliver or run an online business;
- has a public source we can read;
- explains what was attempted, what was reported, and any known limits;
- adds something an existing listing does not.
We leave out generic personal productivity, unsupported revenue promises, thin promotional claims and reposts. We do include failures and mixed results when they teach something. Tools are listed whether or not they have an affiliate program.
Evidence labels
There is no generic “verified” badge. A founder's own account is not the same as a reproduced result, so each listing carries one of these:
- Claimed.
- The author reports this. We have not checked it beyond reading the source.
- Documented.
- The source shows its work: steps, screenshots, code or data you can inspect.
- Reproduced.
- We or an independent party ran the workflow and got a comparable result.
- Stale or disputed.
- The source is out of date, or the claim has been challenged.
Even a reproduced workflow does not establish that it will make money, find customers or produce sales for you. Dates are shown separately: when the source was published, and when we last reviewed the listing.
How listings are made
We use AI assistance to find and draft listings. Every draft is checked by a rule-based importer for required fields, allowed categories, source links and duplicates, and for now each one is read by a person before it is published. We read the original page, not just a summary of it, and we write our own descriptions rather than copying the source.
Corrections
If a listing is wrong, out of date, or you are the author and want it changed or removed, email support@gothebusiness.com with the page address and what should change. We fix errors promptly and unpublish listings when asked by the source's author.
How we make money
Some tool links are affiliate links: if you sign up through one we may earn a commission, at no cost to you. They are marked “affiliate link” next to the button, and they never change which workflows we list, how we describe them, or how they are ordered. The original source link is always shown separately. We also run a free email list, and may later offer clearly labelled sponsored placements and paid starter material. Anything paid will be marked.
