This explains what Founder Workflows (“we”) collects when you use the site. We keep it to what the site needs.

Just looking around

Browsing the site sets no tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't run third-party analytics or ad scripts. To see which pages are read and where visitors come from, we run Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that we host ourselves. It sets no cookies, does not keep your IP address, and does not follow you across other sites. It records the page, the site that referred you, and your country, browser and device type, and it respects the “Do Not Track” setting. Like any website, our servers also see your IP address and browser details in ordinary technical logs. The only cookies we set are a login cookie for the site's own administrators.

When you use a source link or a “Try” link, we record which workflow or tool the click was for, whether it was a source or tool link, and the time. We don't store your IP address or anything that identifies you with that record. When you search, we may record what was searched and how many results came back, again without identifying you.

What you choose to send us

  • Email list. If you sign up, we store your address, where you signed up, the wording you agreed to, and the date. We use it to send you new workflows and occasional updates or offers, and every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe by emailing us.
  • Emails you send us. If you write to us with a correction or a question, we keep the message and your address so we can reply.

When you sign up we also keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address to limit spam and abuse. It can't be turned back into the address.

How we use AI

We use AI services to help find and draft workflow listings from public web pages. This does not involve your personal information. Visitors' data is not sent to AI services.

Who handles data for us

  • Neon, which hosts our database.
  • Google Workspace, which sends our email.
  • AI providers that help us research and draft listings (no visitor data is sent).
  • Our own server host.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email we send, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing support@gothebusiness.com. We keep records only for as long as we need them for the reasons above.

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date above.
