Audit client ad accounts with Claude Code, separate context folders and twice-weekly API checks

An ads operator describes combining client folders, n8n-fed context and advertising APIs so Claude Code can analyse accounts and run recurring audits, while the operator retains oversight.

The business problem

Switching between ad clients makes account context and consistent performance checks difficult to maintain.

What was tried

Keep each client's notes, offers, pricing and transcripts in a separate folder, populated largely through n8n. Open Claude Code there and combine account data with your methodology. Connect Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager and Meta's marketing API. Schedule Tuesday/Thursday audits for search terms, impression share, performance changes and anomalies. The author suggests starting with Google Ads exports before automating individual API tasks.

What was reported (positive)

The operator reports less context rebuilding and more consistent checks. No measured advertising lift or time savings are given.

Limitations

Connectors and guardrail code are not shared. The author still checks platforms when data looks wrong and handles Meta creatives manually. Folder separation alone does not establish account isolation.

What you need

Claude Code, client material, n8n and authorised advertising/analytics access.
