Film one long video and 20 short ones in a day, then repurpose them into a week of posts and a newsletter with Blotato and Claude Code
A creator-founder films one long-form video and 20 short videos on a single day, repurposes them into scripts, text posts and a newsletter, and distributes them with a scheduling tool and Claude Code.

The business problem
Posting on many platforms every day takes more time than one person has.
What was tried
On one filming day a week, record a long YouTube video and 20 short-form videos. Use a repurposing tool to turn the video into a newsletter, short-form scripts and platform-specific posts. Distribute through an automation: earlier an n8n flow that downloaded each TikTok without the watermark and cross-posted it, later Claude Code driving the scheduling tool. Give Claude examples of your posts so drafts reach roughly 80 percent of your voice, let it interview you, and keep a 'philosophy' file it learns from. Use AI to optimise captions for search and to mine comments and transcripts for the phrasing people search, then write hooks around it.
What was reported (positive)
She reports growing to nearly 3 million followers and over 1.5 million website visits for her startup, with no timeframes. One filming day yields seven days of content across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, X, LinkedIn and email, and about 12 percent of her TikTok views come from search.
Limitations
The person interviewed founded the scheduling tool at the centre of the workflow, so the piece promotes her own product. Follower and visit figures have no timeframe and are not tied to this workflow, no revenue is given despite a heading for it, and the 12 percent search share is for TikTok only. The 80 percent voice match is approximate, and the interview does not discuss costs or downsides.
What you need
Comfort filming video, a repurposing and scheduling tool (the founder's own is paid), Claude Code, and a body of your own posts to teach your voice.
