Have Claude plan and prompt an AI page builder to redesign a landing page, then A/B test it with 99 percent significance before rolling it out
A testing-tool company let Claude write the strategy, copy and builder prompt for a landing page, built it in an AI page builder, and tested it against the current page, where it converted 34 percent better.
Evidence: The author reports this. We have not checked it beyond reading the source.
The business problem
Redesigning a landing page normally takes designers and developers, and a redesign may not beat the page it replaces.
What was tried
Give Claude the page address, audience, conversion goal, differentiators and brand guidelines, and answer its clarifying questions in detail. Ask for a page structure, section-by-section copy and a structured prompt for the builder. Paste the prompt into the page builder, check mobile and tablet layouts, then send a full-page screenshot back to Claude for critique and a revised prompt. A person checks facts, statistics, logos and tone. Test only pages with at least about 2,000 monthly visitors, run for a week to a month, require 99 percent significance and at least a 10 percent lift to roll out, and stop if there is no clear winner after 30 days.
What was reported (positive)
The AI-designed page converted at 82.4 percent against 61.5 percent for the control, a 34 percent lift. An earlier test on another page reportedly beat the original by 44 percent.
Limitations
Published by a company that sells A/B testing tools and links to a free trial, and the evidence is two tests on its own pages. The article gives no traffic, test length or sample size for the 34 percent result. Page builders cannot fully match branded fonts and logos, models can state wrong facts, and the 'in a day' timeline assumes a team treating it as the top priority, with developers and designers still needed for the live build.
What you need
A Claude account, an AI page builder account, a page with enough traffic to test, a testing tool, and a person to check facts and brand.
