Plan ten Claude Code skills for a small service business, one a day, and review the first 20 to 50 runs before anything is sent or paid
An agency guide lists ten back-office tasks to turn into Claude Code skills, such as inbox triage, reply drafts, invoice processing and weekly reconciliation, with a rule to review early runs by hand before irreversible actions.

The business problem
A small business owner loses hours each month to repeating the same inbox, invoice, lead and reporting steps.
What was tried
Pick the tasks that follow the same steps every time. The guide lists ten: inbox triage into five categories, draft replies to sales inquiries saved as drafts, vendor invoice processing with an approval limit, a weekly bank reconciliation on a Monday schedule, lead enrichment and scoring into a CRM, meeting summaries with tasks, recycling content for several channels, a monthly one-page marketing report, a support answer skill with citations, and a new-hire onboarding sequence. Each skill is under a page of written rules, and the hard part is writing the classification and business rules. Build one a day. For the first 20 to 50 runs of each, review the output manually before letting it send email or record payments. Use a cheaper model for most tasks.
What was reported (not reported)
No result from a real deployment is reported. The guide estimates 38 to 59 hours of set-up and 69 to 141 hours saved a month at assumed volumes, against about 20 to 200 euros a month in tool costs.
Limitations
A marketing article from an agency that sells automation services and offers a free call. All figures are estimates, not measurements, and the guide does not describe its own build or test. It warns against automating everything in week one, skipping human review before irreversible actions, ignoring ongoing maintenance, and using the most expensive model for everything. Someone must be comfortable with the terminal and able to write clear procedures, and one skill needs 6 to 10 hours of documentation clean-up first.
What you need
