Plan, title and repurpose YouTube videos with a seven-skill Claude Code plugin trained on your voice
An MIT-licensed Claude Code plugin that onboards your channel and writing voice, then helps ideate videos, rank titles, write hooks and outlines, and cascade a published video into a blog post, threads and clips.
Evidence: The source shows its work: steps, screenshots, code or data you can inspect.
The business problem
A creator spends as much time planning and repackaging videos as making them, and generic AI output does not sound like them.
What was tried
A one-time onboarding step connects the YouTube channel, asks a few voice and audience questions to build a 'voice DNA', and optionally adds Apify, Supabase and X keys. Separate commands then generate video ideas with scores, rank titles against the channel's top performers, write three hooks, create recording-ready outlines, and after publishing, turn the video into a blog post with SEO metadata, an X thread, LinkedIn posts, a lead magnet and a Skool guide, plus three to five short-form clip packages with timestamps. Output is saved as local markdown or to Supabase.
What was reported (not reported)
The README reports no measured results. Its numbers (such as a '3x on views per day' pattern and a shock score) are illustrative examples, not data.
Limitations
The project is very new (one commit, no releases, no stars at capture) and has no tests, version number or evaluation of how well the voice matches. YouTube can take 30 to 60 minutes to generate captions for new videos, and a competitor-scan helper is not included. Costs, supported operating systems and key-storage practices are not stated.
What you need
Claude Code, yt-dlp, Node.js and Python 3, with optional Apify, Supabase and X keys. Claude and third-party costs are not stated.
