Run a four-agent founder team in one Telegram chat with OpenClaw
An AI phone vendor's guide describes a solo founder template with an orchestrator, a business agent, a marketing agent and a dev agent reached through one Telegram chat, with claimed time savings.

The business problem
A solo founder has research, content, finance and dev chores that a team would normally split, and cannot afford a virtual assistant budget.
What was tried
The template, taken from a founder's post on the project's community showcase, has an orchestrator that routes work, a business agent for metrics, pricing and weekly dashboards, a marketing agent for content ideas, competitor monitoring and social, and a dev agent for code review, dependencies and daily security scans. All four are reached through one Telegram chat, and weekly summaries feed a Friday briefing. The advice is to start with a single agent and a morning briefing, then add the others.
What was reported (positive)
The post estimates 19 to 29 hours a week saved across research, content, outreach, operations and finance, and says setup takes 2 to 4 hours with stability after 2 to 3 weeks. It estimates API costs of $15 to $40 a month and under $30 for a four-agent setup.
Limitations
This is a vendor blog promoting its own product, the showcase founder is not named, and the time-savings table is unsourced and not derived from measurement. Model assignments and cost estimates are inconsistent with each other, the configuration steps are deferred to other guides, and the page says most tools take more setup time than they save in the first month. Running several agents creates a visibility problem, and the tax tool is not a replacement for an accountant.
What you need
OpenClaw (free software), a Telegram account, and model API keys. Typical API cost is estimated at $15 to $40 a month.
