Run a one-person marketing setup in Claude with Notion, Blotato and Manychat connectors

A newsletter creator describes using Claude with connectors to read brand docs in Notion, write in his voice, post Instagram carousels, analyse Meta Ads and build Manychat automations.

Evidence: The author reports this. We have not checked it beyond reading the source.

The business problem

A solo creator needs to produce and distribute marketing content across several channels without hiring a team.

What was tried

Claude connects to Notion or Google Drive for strategy, brand and audience documents. After one-time voice training it drafts emails, Instagram posts and sales pages. For carousels it writes the script and caption, makes branded images and posts through the Blotato connector. Other connections include Meta Ads Manager for campaign analysis, an inbox filter, and Manychat for lead-magnet automations and DM replies. An ActiveCampaign connection is planned. Skills and MCP connections are the core mechanisms.

What was reported (not reported)

The author says Claude does about 90% of the work and that he uses it around eight hours a day, and that one session drafted the post, scheduled four carousels, built a Substack and wrote an About page. No leads, engagement, conversion or revenue figures are given.

Limitations

This is a self-described tutorial and promotional post with no performance data. The post does not discuss errors, review of automated posts or DM replies, or quality control. Some connections are still planned. Plan tier, tool prices and setup time are not stated, and the author says Cowork and Code are still being explored.

What you need

A Claude account and accounts for Notion or Drive, Blotato, Meta Ads, Manychat and Instagram. No technical skill is said to be needed. Costs are not stated.
