Run a solo freelance business with 11 scheduled Claude workflows for proposals, invoices, leads and reports
A freelance growth consultant describes eleven Claude workflows that draft proposals, chase invoices, score leads, onboard clients and send daily and weekly briefs from connected tools.
Evidence: The author reports this. We have not checked it beyond reading the source.
The business problem
A solo freelancer spends three to four hours a day on admin such as proposals, invoice follow-ups, content planning and prioritising instead of paid client work.
What was tried
The author connects Claude to Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion, Slack, Canva and Supabase, builds Notion databases (invoices, CRM, content calendar, expenses, voice examples, ICP profile, proposal template), and triggers prompts on a schedule with an unnamed automation tool. Workflows include a 6:30am priorities brief, proposal drafting with a Canva deck saved as a Gmail draft, weekly overdue-invoice reminders, daily content drafts, lead scoring from 0 to 100 against an ICP with tiered replies, meeting notes to CRM, a Friday revenue report, client onboarding, expense tracking and an end-of-day summary. Most produce drafts for review.
What was reported (positive)
The author reports proposals dropping from two to three hours to about five minutes of review (roughly 8 to 10 hours a week), €280 a month of forgotten subscriptions flagged in the first week, and 20 to 30 minutes saved after each call. Overall time saved is described qualitatively.
Limitations
Results are self-reported and the post does not discuss failures, reliability or error handling. Most workflows still need human review. Several prompts refer to inputs (such as call transcripts and a case study database) without explaining how they reach Claude, and the scheduling tool is not named. The post promotes the author's paid prompt packs and a discovery call.
What you need
A Claude plan with connectors (the post cites Pro at about €18 a month), Gmail, Calendar, Notion, Slack, Canva and Supabase accounts. The author estimates €18 to €38 a month in total, excluding the unnamed scheduling tool.
