Run B2B demand gen with 11 Claude workflows: call briefs, CRM data pulls, lead scoring, ABM copy and content upkeep
A B2B growth marketer lists eleven Claude workflows she runs, from discovery-call research and CRM cleanup to lead scoring and campaign consistency checks, with time savings she estimates for some.

The business problem
A small marketing function spends hours on research, data cleanup, documentation and review work that slows demand generation.
What was tried
She keeps a 'marketing brain' of markdown files (ICPs, messaging, voice, tools) that loads at the start of each Claude session. Workflows include discovery-call research briefs, weekly HubSpot and Salesforce data pulls, mapping CRM properties across five systems, weekly competitor ad checks, account-specific ABM copy, lead and account scoring, Salesforce flow documentation, checks of new copy against messaging, newsletter topic ideas, automated content maintenance that proposes edits for approval, and meeting prep and follow-up drafts.
What was reported (positive)
She reports call briefs in about 90 seconds instead of 20 to 30 minutes, flow documentation in about three hours instead of an estimated two weeks (about 60 to 70% usable at first), campaign checks in 10 seconds, and follow-up emails needing two to three minutes of editing. Several workflows were not quantified.
Limitations
Results are anecdotal from one practitioner's client work. She says Claude has very little natural taste, so judgment-heavy work stays human, the CRM mapping is a stopgap for a messy stack, and drafts need light editing. Subscription tier, setup time, connectors and data-security handling are not stated. This page is a replay of an earlier post.
What you need
Claude (including Claude Code or Cowork), the marketing brain files, and access to your CRM and other tools. Costs are not stated.
