Score an idea, scope an MVP and draft pricing, GTM and a pitch deck with 13 Claude Code founder skills

An MIT-licensed plugin of Claude Code skills that guides a founder from an idea scorecard and competitor matrix through MVP scope, pricing strategy, go-to-market and a pitch deck outline, saving each output to a project folder.

Evidence: The author reports this. We have not checked it beyond reading the source.

The business problem

Founders lack a structured, repeatable way to validate an idea and plan the offer, pricing and launch before building.

What was tried

Install the plugin in Claude Code and run commands in sequence: an idea validation scorecard with a build, pivot or kill verdict, a product brief, a competitor matrix, personas and user interview guides, an MVP scope, pricing strategy, a go-to-market plan, a landing page, an email sequence, and later a pitch deck and metrics dashboard. Each command saves to a founder folder and reads earlier outputs, and a facts file stores your own numbers. External facts are supposed to carry source links, and unknowns are marked as estimates or not found.

What was reported (mixed)

The authors' own evaluations on one model showed 8 of 10 cases scoring the same with and without the plugin, with its clear advantage being that it updated the facts file when a new number contradicted a saved one. On a smaller model the plugin scored higher on 3 of 10 cases.

Limitations

The evaluation results are the authors' own and the cost per run was not read. Skills often need to be called by name, the shared rules file can go unread on smaller models, and the skill descriptions add about 1,100 tokens to each session. Output can contain invented numbers, is capped at about 2,000 words per skill, and minimum versions and data handling are not stated.

What you need

Claude Code. Install through the plugin marketplace or by cloning the repo; the model and plan requirements are not stated.
