Turn client meeting notes into a branded A4 proposal PDF with a Claude Code skill and Puppeteer
An agency owner shares a Claude Code skill that parses meeting notes, fills a multi-page HTML proposal, checks page heights and renders a PDF with Puppeteer. Its repository supplies the template and rendering setup.

The business problem
Preparing a client proposal repeatedly involves copying meeting notes into a document, formatting pages and exporting a PDF.
What was tried
Give the skill meeting notes and strategic input. Extract scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, milestones and exclusions. Generate HTML using the branded six-page scaffold, then check A4 page heights and compact or split overflowing pages. Render with Puppeteer after fonts load. The author documents avoiding page shadows and minimum heights that create PDF artifacts. The repository explains changing branding tokens, headers and footers. In comments, the author says Granola already supplies their meeting notes; the proposal skill is the next step.
What was reported (positive)
The author claims formatting fell from about 45 minutes per proposal to almost no effort and became more consistent. No timing study, client acceptance rate or sales result is provided.
Limitations
The template is branded for the author's agency and needs adaptation. Layout checks do not validate commercial terms or missing facts; review scope, prices and dates before sending. No n8n integration is demonstrated despite the subreddit. The repository promotes the author's client-automation services. We did not execute the skill.
What you need
Claude Code, Node/Puppeteer, meeting notes and a customised proposal template. Granola is the author's note source, not a required dependency.
