Turn one podcast transcript into reels, a YouTube kit, an SEO blog and a lead magnet with nine Claude skills
An open-source set of nine Claude skills takes one podcast or webinar transcript and produces reel plans, YouTube titles and chapters, a blog article, a lead magnet, a trailer script and a carousel.
Evidence: The source shows its work: steps, screenshots, code or data you can inspect.
The business problem
Podcast and webinar hosts have a good long recording but spend hours turning it into the many assets each platform needs.
What was tried
Install the skills in Claude Code or upload them to Claude.ai, then give a timestamped transcript and say to repurpose the episode. An orchestrator runs the other skills one deliverable at a time and asks for two decisions, a blog thesis and a lead magnet angle. Outputs include four Instagram reels with build sheets, a YouTube kit with three title and thumbnail sets, an SEO article with a keyword map, a gated playbook, a 90 to 120 second trailer script, B-roll suggestions and a carousel deck with image prompts.
What was reported (not reported)
The README claims the skills were tested on episodes with 500K+ combined views and tuned on live Instagram trials, but shows no episodes or analytics.
Limitations
The results claim is unverified and the repository is new (six commits, no stars or releases). It targets B2B and growth audiences by default, so other niches need edits, and a human editor still cuts the video. There is no testing process, cost estimate or supported-format list. It is MIT-licensed.
What you need
Claude Code or Claude.ai with skills, a timestamped transcript, and the most capable Claude model available. Gemini may be needed for the carousel image prompts. Costs are not stated.
